We switched to Green Thumb after a poor experience with another local company and have been very pleased. They communicate! They show up when they say they will and if something changes, they let you know. The quality of service is good and I would highly recommend. Reliable and dependable.
I love the finished product! The process had its ups and downs. Communication between the company and the consumer is lacking. There was nearly a week where the crew didn’t show up with no explanation offered - until I called the office and asked what was going on- to which an appropriate reason was given, but the lack of communication left a bad taste. Along the lines of communication, the crew was unable to speak with me when something was not going as planned- due to the language barrier we had rely fully on communicating through the site manager, which I can only remember seeing a couple times. This left my husband and I feeling that we couldn’t communicate with the crew just outside. Aside from our communication problems, we were pretty satisfied with the quality and speed of the project. My backyard aesthetic has much improved!
Christian was a miracle worker restoring our sprinkler system to operation after years of nonuse. He deserves additional kudos for doing this during the 90 - 100 degree days that we had earlier this summer (Aug 2022). Not cheap, but worth every penny...!
