We had a great experience with Greenside Lawn care. We needed a lot of mulch work, bush trimming, and general garden clean up. Usually we do this ourselves and it takes 2 full weekend and at least 5 trips to Home Depot for bagged mulch. This year we decided to get a quote from professionals. We called John on Thursday, and he came out the following day to give us a quote. We were very surprised with how reasonable the price was for how much work we needed. He told us he was able to come out on Monday to do the job. John and his crew came out and finished everything within a few hours. They were very professional. The yard looks wonderful and they cleaned everything up very well before they left. We are so happy we went with Greenside. They did an amazing job for a great price. I signed up for a weekly service, they showed up once, only cut a portion of the yard, didn’t trim any of the side/back of the house. Never heard from them again, until I called a month later to tell them not to come back. Can’t recommend.
At the start of the summer, I had called and contacted 7 lawn companies to tend to my residential property. 7!! I quickly heard back from Greenside - same day, within an hour. They were able to explain their services and scheduled my regular lawn care visits for that very week. Their team ALWAYS does an incredible job and goes above and beyond to take care of my property. Two things that really stand out and impress me: 1. They ALWAYS shut the gate behind them (I have a dog!). 2. They ALWAYS reposition the yard sign after they cut the front lawn. 10/10 would recommend this company to friends and family.
Due to 11”s of snow fall, that occurred within 48 short hours, both of my vehicles and my driveway where inoperable. Having multiple children, we’re always on the go. John, the owner I assume, returned my voicemail almost instantly and was able to come and remove all of the snow in the driveway and even dug out our cars that where trapped in from the snow, from our municipality snow trucks. Awesome service and a great experience throughout the whole process.
Initially, performed service as expected. Later on, attempted to try and bill for "Service performed" 5-6 months prior due to a "mistake" by billing. In claiming the services, it was something we had never asked for, and had others do. Why would a lawn care company 1) Mow in late november 2) Perform leaf pickup without discussion 3) Try and charge for this 5 months later? That's just ONE issue. STAY AWAY!
