Not even a customer of Trugreen but they opened our gate came into our yard and left giant ruts with their machine. We've been contacting their so called "customer support" and they are zero help. After going through their 50 prompts and 30mins of being on hold someone in Texas/Florida will answer and provide no help. They will tell us a local manager will contact us within 24-48 hours but we've done this 3 times now and no one has ever contacted us. Only course of action to get our yard fixed is to file a police report now. We've got them on camera their truck number and employees name. Avoid this company, lots of better companies that provide much better service out there.
I hate being that guy… if u look at all my other reviews they are 5 star but if I can save an honest family some money I will - This is my yard after 2 years of paying true green to come out basically monthly. Sourcing for another company now. Avoid!
Treatments were rushes, spots were missed consistently. They provided a re-service to correct the missed spot at the end of the summer which resolved most of the spots that I had marked which proves those spots had been missed multiple times before.
We asked TruGreen to come out last summer, primarily to deal with some weeds that we couldn’t seem to get a handle on. They came out, assessed our yard and assured us that everything would be great within a year. A year later, we canceled service and were incredibly disappointed. They often failed to communicate when they were coming. They didn’t return calls promptly. And despite the fact that they advertised personalized service to meet our yard’s specific needs, we had just as many weeds (if not more) a year later. After we canceled, they came out unannounced for another service and then tried to bill us. We do not recommend this company at all.
I have requested a phone call from the manager for 3 weeks on 4 occasions and no one has called. Driver came and put sign in yard squirted both sides of driveway and left as I am doing with TruGreen. We were not home and it is sad when you have to be here to ensure that what we pay good money for is not done unless overseen and worse yet the value as a customer is 0.
