We have a handicapped van that needed a specific muffler. We purchased the muffler from the dealer and found that no one would install it. I went to JC's and they did a wonderful job in one day. They were friendly and courteous and their prices were reasonable. I would go there again for any of my automotive needs.
This is the probably the best repair shop in St. Charles city. The work is always top notch, I've never had an issue with their work, and everyone I've dealt with has been extremely helpful and kind. I would, and do, highly recommend them for your car repair and maintenance needs.
I needed tires. They picked out some and we went over my options.I came in and got the set of tires for my 4wd truck when they came in. They mounted and balanced them and I was on my way. The whole place looks great and the staff is always fantastic. I recommend them all the time.
JC Car car and tire did a wonderful job both in estimating the costs and scope of the repairs and performing the service. My 2012 Ford Escape was in need of the typical / OEM recommended maintenance for a vehicle approaching 100k and needed a few minor repairs as well. JC inspected the vehicle on the first visit and then gave me a detailed quote itemized per work should I choose to ala cart / pick and choose the services. The price was very reasonable so no need to down select the services. JC performed the maintenance (oil change, brakes, spark plugs and cooling system flush/fill) and repairs (light bulbs, slow leak in tire, battery terminal) on time during the next visit as promised.
