Supposed to get full oil change with tire rotation but they didn’t do the tire rotation. So had to drive back to shop & wait another 45 min for that. Then they forgot to give us the extra set of keys they had & we had to drive there again back & forth to get them. Then they said they don’t honor the coupon we got in mail with their address on it but didn’t tell us until we returned. This place needs someone who knows what they are doing! Will not go back with their inadequate service!
I had a very great experience and Jerome went over and beyond to help me get pricing for tires ???? and educated me on some codes and work needed on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I’ll definitely return and refer them as well .
The staff was so friendly! They fixed my car and the service was good! The prices$$$ are very affordable. I'll go back. Thanks Guys!
On Tuesday the 16th of August I took my 2014 Altima to the Meineke shop located at 545 N Highway 67 in Florissant MO. My right front wheel was making a clicking sound when I applied the brakes; I assumed the front brakes were failing. I explained my concerns to the person at the counter as a result they pulled the car in and they determined that the brakes were fine but my break booster was failing and they said we should also replace the master cylinder as well. They told me that it was a good idea to do both at the same time; I took them at their word and told them to take care of it. The original amount of the quote was $1,444.00; I questioned the amount and they advised me they thought the final cost would be closer to $1,000. They did not have the parts on hand and said they would call around and let me know when they would be in. I followed up the next morning and was advised that the parts were not available locally and they would be sent overnight. They also give be an updated quote dropping it down to $1,120.00. I followed up the following day (Thursday) the brake booster was delivered but the master cylinder was not. I followed up a number of times on Thursday and Friday and received the run around and never got a call back as requested. I called again on Saturday and was advised the master cylinder was delivered to another store and they would have it either late Saturday or Monday morning. I called Meineke at 8:00AM on Monday the 22nd and was advised that they were sent the wrong part! They told me I really did not need a new master cylinder and they could clean it up and replace the brake booster. They also asked me if I wanted my front brakes replaced! I was surprised they asked given they told me on Tuesday my brakes were fine? I asked them what the cost would be to just replace the brake booster and was advised $907.00. I pointed out that I would have expected significantly less given the master cylinder alone costs $350. Overall I feel misled the customer service was abysmal and I would not recommend this location under any circumstances! I also think I was overcharged given the cost differential minus the master cylinder.
The head person Jerome doesn’t know how to talk to women, he got loud and tough when with my wife. Plus the insurance company founds all the parts for around $1900, he decided to get parts that cost around $3200. Not friendly and will look for the higher cost… If you are elderly or a woman do go here!
