I contracted with Academy air to replace the original cast iron sewer line at my home. From the first call right through until the job was finished, every single employee that I worked with deserves a five star rating. The people in customer service we're all knowledgeable, helpful and did excellent follow up as far as keeping me informed of who would be coming to do the work, what time they would be here and what to expect. The actual crew members were professional, friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why and went over follow up procedures with me. Today the final crew, Tiesun and Alex, came in to do the cement work. They cleaned up everything and as an extra comment, all the crews loaded up construction debris and DID NOT use our residential dumpsters! throughout my lifetime I have lived in many different homes and have worked with many different construction companies and repair people and I can say unequivocably that Academy Air is by far the best of all. I will definitely call them in the future if I need assistance!
Installed new furnace and brought unit up to code, other things needed to be updated. Even though the techs ran into an additional issue they were extremely prompt due to my situation. They were very responsive to my questions took information I needed for my claim. Extremely satisfied with them and will use them again in the future, Chris s and Mason K were awesome ( and the other tech with Chris).
I have used this company in the past at my previous home and when I needed an old ceiling fan replaced I thought of Academy Air right away. I called them on Friday September 3 and they were able to get me an appointment Tuesday September 7 between 8-10, I was extremely happy with how quick they were able to fit me on the schedule. Once Jacob showed up he was extremely professional and polite, as soon as we let him in and showed him the ceiling fan that needed to be replaced he went right to work. He removed the old ceiling fan with care and arranged all the parts for the new ceiling fan and installed it perfectly! He was very through in his work, explaining how the remote worked and made sure all of our questions were answered. Thank you for a job well done! We will definitely continue to use this company for future needs.
I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law helping them settle into a new house. A drain in the lower level backed up. They have worked with the company before and called for service. Service was scheduled for the next day. Charles arrived promptly and was very courteous and friendly. He reviewed the estimate with me so I knew what he was proposing and the cost. I agreed; and he brought his equipment in and was extremely careful not to knock walls He had the wheels covered so not to scratch floors or bring dirt into the house. When finished, Charles reviewed what he had done, what the the charges were and completed the transaction. I appreciated his friendliness, he has a great smile! I told my son to ask for Charles the next time they need to call the company. He believe would do a good job and take care of them.
Amazing! I’ve never used Academy before, and called them for a plumbing issue with my water heaters (non-emergency). Ethan F. came and instantly impressed with his professional manner, politeness, and obvious knowledge. In addition to addressing and resolving the main issue, he also investigated and resolved several other minor issues and questions I had. I have full confidence in the work and services he performed, and absolutely recommend his services. Wow!
