    Wednesday my AC unit stopped cooling in my newly purchased home. I phoned this company early in the morning and was able to get a repair man out the very same day. Scott the technician was great. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and at an affordable price. We have a cool house once again. I would definitely reccomend this company and use their services again.

    I called several local HVAC contractors in the area when my air conditioner failed to cool the house on a 100 degree day and Blue Stream was the only one to send a technician out that day, he arrived within hours and I appreciated that. He inspected our 30 year old unit, noting it did not have power. The breaker was not tripped but he flipped it and the unit ran. He also noted a dirty coil and washed the coil and unit. He said he "did not like the look of the condenser" and advised it be replaced in the future, quoting us for a replacement and replacement units. Within two days we had the same issue and I called a different contractor. He flipped the breaker and the unit cooled. He did not notice anything particularly wrong with the condenser other than age and advised installing a starter kit to help the old condenser start and extend the life of the unit, explaining why the breaker issue was happening and instructing me how to check the breaker's heat to make sure the breaker itself (a few years old) was not the issue. I appreciate Blue Stream for their quick response time and the technician only charging for a visit, but will not use them again. The technician was friendly but my issue was not resolved. Fortunately, the second contractor did not charge for this visit, and will only charge to install the starter kit.

    I had my AC and furnance installed at the end of Month. It was the best decision and investment I have made for my house. The technicians,, were very knowledgeable and professional. They worked all Sunday to finish the installation. They answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the service.

    the good - they came out the next day and even came early cause of a cancellation. lady on phone was nice and no problem. the bad - outrages prices. i had 2 burnt wires on the ends and possibly the blower relay due to water dripping down. instead of cutting off end of wires and adding new connectors he charged me $185.00 for 2 new wires (2.5ft long). and the relay i could've bought online for $60 to $80 he charged $200.00. i guess part of it was labor maybe? warm weather was in the forecast so i forked over the money just to get it fixed right away.

    Great service, tech was engaged and through in addressing our concerns even though the company did not install the unit. I wish I would have found them soon. Highly recommend.
