We are so happy we selected Comfort Experts. From the initial bid to the completion of our install of our mini split/ductless Heat/AC in our office we can't say enough! We were always able to speak with a person. If any of the employees said they were going to do something they followed through. The employees were at our home bright and early to install a new Hvac system and they stayed with the process until it was completed. They were friendly and efficient; we could not have asked for a better experience! The price was in line with other bids we received, as well. Our son uses Comfort Experts for his rental properties and we will continue to use this company in the future. We will always recommend them!!! End.
Comfort Care came out immediately to assess and repair my non working air conditioner during this high heat index. The staff was caring, and knowledgeable. My Ac unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year and didn’t realize it until 4 pm. The dispatcher was very kind in pointing out that due to the time of day it may be hard to get a tech that day but she would check to se if anyone would work OT. Within minutes she called me back to inform Me someone would be coming by that day. The tech arrived shortly thereafter and quickly troubleshooted the problem and had the needed part to fix my AC. Great service and Great people.
I called on a Saturday Fourth of July weekend and Kelly returned my call within 10 minutes. She gave me a quote and had a tech at my house within 45 minutes. I am so thankful that they were quick to respond to our needs as our AC had gone out and looking ahead at temperatures in the high 90s, we were very very thankful! I highly recommend.
