My a/c went out in the middle of a heat wave. I called Assured when they opened and a technician came out within a couple hours. He diagnosed the problem, went and got the part, and fixed the issue quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained how he knew what the problem was, which I appreciated. He even took the extra step of rinsing down the outside unit to make sure it was running as well as possible. I appreciated that he didn't try and sell me a new unit even though mine is older. The cost was very reasonable and I was very grateful that they squeezed me in on short notice. I definitely recommend Assured and will use them again if necessary.
Excellent service from Assured Heating and Cooling.! I had them come over to clean my evaporator coil initially. They checked my coil which turned out to be clean and assessed my unit to figure out why it wasnt cooling. I had them replace my old AC unit instead. They got me within a few days, just in time before it got too hot. They were very professional, installed new unit, and hauled the old one out the door. I am very happy with the install and would recommend them highly.
I cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with Bruce Schrader's company and quickness in installing a new A/C and heating system for me. I called during this extreme heat wave early afternoon on Tuesday and my new system was installed by the next afternoon! Gene and Jason were prompt at 8am on Wednesday and by 2pm my house was on it's way to a cooler and liveable temperature. This company went above and beyond to help us get a new a/c unit in the midst of a heatwave! Difficult project that they handled with a good spirit. Also super nice!
