Jesse and Zach came to the house looking clean and ready to work. They replaced all the duct work, tubes and piping. A new a/c unit was installed. It’s so cold inside a polar bear could live here and it’s over 90 outside. There was a little glitch. Zach switched a couple of wires in the thermostat so the heat wouldn’t come on but Dave came right out, reversed them and life was good.
I have had a great services every time I’ve used Superior Heating and Cooling. My air conditioning went out and I ended signing up for the membership after Dave fixed the AC and explained all of the benefits of membership. This turned out to be an awesome decision because during the fall check up they realized there were broken parts on my boiler. For the boiler, I worked with both Tim and Dave who did an excellent job. They were on time, quick, and explained everything going on. Scheduling the repairs were quick and easy and the team that did the repairs completed everything quickly as well!
We had another great experience with Superior Heating and Cooling. Dave, our technician, had been out to our house in the past so it was nice to see a friendly face. He is professional and does an excellent job of explaining what the problems are and the solutions. He leaves your space just as he found it. I love that we receive a text before the technician comes to our house with his picture and a little bio. If all service people were like this, I wouldn't dread getting things fixed around the house so much.
I've used Superior with Dave as my technician for over 20 years at two residences. The first time was to service a converted coal burning hot water radiator system. I was so impressed by Dave's knowledge, straight forward advice, thorough explanations, professional appearance and timeliness that I've never used another company. Dave is a great ambassador for Superior. Superior has replaced my and upgraded my HVAC system at my second home over the years and Ive realized energy savings each time with minimal repairs, which Dave usually catches during my spring a fall checks. Dave was just over for my fall system check and maintenance renewal, so I'm ready for winter. Thank you to Dave and Superior for all the years of service. I will continue to highly recommend you to everyone whenever I have the opportunity.
I have just had Superior Heating and Cooling repair my air condition unit. They are a family own, local business that have been operating for 49 years. This company is very reasonably priced and my technician Chris was prompt, courteous, professional, and explained the issue and everything he did. I hope I do not need to but will definitely use this company again as well as refer them to others with heating/cooling issues. 5 Star service was definitely provided. Sharon
