I've taken every dog I've ever owned to Judy for grooming and she's the best in town. I've never had any problems with her work, reasonably price and customer service friendly. I give Ms. Judy 5 stars all day long.
I love how her salon took care of our Jasper, we had to find someone else cause our last place just lost their touch. Happy we found Judy..Thanks we will see you again ????
My granddog was here from out of town and I wanted to send him home groomed took him to this lady which he was ther for several hours as well when we finally picked him up his hair was cut in all type of weird ways which I told Judy I didn’t want him cut at all but when he left her he look like he was hit with lightning literally…. I called her and she said “I didn’t even cut him plus she said he was wild so she washed him out him in a cage and let the blow dryer dry him”. It was an all over bad experience!!! I will never be back or recommend her to anyone…
I took my dog at 9:30 am . I called when I hadn’t heard anything . She normally takes a while but when no call I went on at 5 :15pm. So there’s a restaurant next door, went in order a pizza that was 25 minutes wait . So now I call inside , she said oooh not done it’ll be a while, I said he’s been here for 8 hours Judy … she said so have all the others . I said I need to get home told her where I live she said ok ok… let me get to it . Now at 7:30 I knock on the door again …. Just 5 more minutes … now we’re at 8:02 I go to the door again…. So now she brings him , I could even talk at this point . I just got my dog and out him in the car … she was saying something but didn’t respond to upset . 5 minutes later as I’m driving there’s a voice mail left on my phone , saying “ your dog was a lot freaking work and it just show what ( racial slur ) ni#*** are and you are too. Very hurtful and can’t believe this happened .
