The staff and services are great. I’ve tried all other places in the area and my dog is always excited and happy to go there. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I do the 3d/week daycare and it’s a good price. I drop him at 7am and pick him up at 6pm, feel completely comfortable that he’s in good hands. I get cute photos of him almost every day. See below photos. He’s better behaved at home for the socialization and exercise. Our dog and family are happy here.
my two bulldogs has been going there almost a year now… But I have had my concerns and I wanted to lay out if they were true we’re not… Come to find out they are… They are cage most the time they are at daycare, and when they are out playing they get put in “ timeout” as morgan called it. if they were put in “time out” why would was I never contacted if something happened… My two-year-old bulldog is the sweetest little thing ever and my niece and nephew can pull her ear off and she would be okay with it. last night I was doing my research and reading the Google reviews… Come to find out my assumptions were completely true… When I would bring them in, my bulldog would try to pull away from them just to not go in there. i went on my lunch to bring them some ice cream. and seen my girl sitting in the corner… Mind you my bulldog loves the pool so much. at my moms house I literally had to put her in the house because she loves the pool so much that she just barks at it. I noticed when I started picking her up that she would jump out of my car to go potty and run up to my door just to get a drink of water… Which made me think that my concerns were real. and then when I picked her up she would have full of eye boogers… Which means that she was sleeping most of the day. probably because she was in “time out”. I truly believed in this company and trusted them… I was completely wrong… Beware please keep an eye on your babies. i truly believe this is animal abuse and i am lost at word
Pets and Company Is my dogs home away from home! I've been coming here since March of 2006. They welcomed me and my dog with open arms from the time I walked in the door! It is a family run a business and they treat their staff as family. They have gone above and beyond to care for my dogs! I lost my dog for two days it was horrendous experience. The owners were going to have there staff look except we found him by the grace of God. They took my dog that day we found him, bathe him and treated him and gave him more love than I could ever imagine. I can't say enough about the staff! The grooming is always top notch! The daycare is a safe, fun environment for all dogs to run around and play! They truly care about your dogs. It's not a chain and it's not corporate, it's a local mother and daughter team that treat you like your part of the family! They have done so much for me and all my dogs, I can't imagine going anywhere else ever! Thank you Pets and Company
We love pets and company! My two dogs have been to daycare many times and stay there every time we go out of town. It’s their home away from home! They always know my dogs when we come and make sure they are always comfortable during their stay! I love how they post pictures from daycare and send me pictures while I’m away. Pets and company is definitely the only place I trust with my dogs!
We have two dogs. One is 16 and requires special care because of her age. We are particular about how the other is groomed. We have been to other groomers, and have not been pleased with their attention to detail and lack of care for our dogs. We came to Pets and Company three years ago hoping for a change. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff welcoming our dogs, treating them like they were their own, and meeting our grooming requirements. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with... and our dogs love playtime during their spa days! We were happy to find a company that cares and does things right!
