I watched while a client interacted with staff, and the client was not wearing a mask over their nose. After the client left, I stopped to ask about their mask wearing policy (“we can’t enforce it” was the answer I got). While talking to this other employee, I saw this employee take her mask down around to her chin and remain on the phone for an extended period of time without it. She didn’t even put it over her nose when finished, just over her mouth. Not safe. Not enforcing any sort of Covid protocol, even for employees. This makes Petsmart unsafe too. EDIT: I both called and emailed Banfield at the information below. When I called, I got a recording saying that they were experiencing high call volume. I did the prompts to assure they would call me back, and they did not. I also sent a message to the email address listed, and got an automated reply that promised a real one within 2 days. It's been a week and I have received no response.
Most pets get nervous when going to the vet, our pup loves to go to Banfield in Bridgeton. She loves everyone there and they all treat her like she is their own.
They are all very kind and caring, my dog LOVES going to the vet, he literally pulls me through the store to get to the back where they're located. They're very knowledgeable and explain every detail regarding your pets visit and answer any questions you have.
I would like to thank Dr. Anne Wood, the current Area Chief of Staff. She has been our dogs' vet for the last 6+ years. We have one dog with chronic health problems which suddenly flare up and worsen quickly and she has always been so incredibly kind, responsive, and professional and gets to the bottom of things quickly. Amazing service. Only vet in St Louis that managed to accomodate us same-day after another dog bit ours. They even were able to look at her right away so we didn't have to drop her off since she's a new rescue and not very socialized with other dogs. Overall reasonable prices given tbe amazing and timely service and staff. Very happy we chose Banfield for our dog.
